Second line is tricker as the second of three letters is not found on my transliteration chart, and therefore some guessing is required. We have ד?ג.
The closest match which also fits context of the image is the word “Grade”. Google translate calls it echelon. However the Ben Yehuda dictionary gives דרג to translate as “Grade”.
