Egyptian Elephant – כמפ
[Imagine growth?] – דמג
First line:
Kaph Mem is Kemet or Egypt.
Pey is the first letter of Elephant
Second line is tricker as the words are not complete so there is more guessing on this line.
Just one of several dictionary options is דמה which means to liken, compare, or imagine.
Last letter is a gimel which could be one of numerous words. My guess is the word for “growth”.
The second line does not qualify as a translation – only a guess. The first line I am quite confident in as it is a complete match to context.
Thanks to the John White family for this image. Other images or stones indicate that these elephants were imported.
